If you're not in love with your KATU mattress, you have 100 nights to return it for a full refund - and we'll cover the return shipping. No restocking fees, no return shipping charges, no hassle.

To keep things fair for everyone:
• Please use a mattress protector during your trial period to keep your mattress in donatable condition (free from excessive stains, tears, odors, or soiling).
• Maximum 1 mattress return per household.
• Free returns apply to orders shipped within the continental USA.

To start a return, simply reach out to us and we'll arrange free pickup directly from your home. After we receive your mattress back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days.
