If you are unhappy with your mattress for any reason, you have 100(!) days to return it for a full refund. We ask that you use a mattress protector to keep your mattress in a suitable condition during your trial period, free from excessive stains, tears, odors, or soiling. Maximum 1 mattress allowed per household. Simply reach out to us and we can arrange the return ticket

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.
