We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Arizona to make sure your order arrives as quickly and as safely as possible.
We offer Free Shipping to all of USA, with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska & military bases (shipping for these locations starts from $16 depending on the product and weight). We ship using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-2 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your mattress for any reason, you have 100(!) days to return it for a full refund. We ask that you use a mattress protector to keep your mattress in a suitable condition during your trial period, free from excessive stains, tears, odors, or soiling. Maximum 1 mattress allowed per household. Simply reach out to us and we can arrange the return ticket
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.

How does the dual-sided design benefit my child?
This means the crib mattress has a firm side and a slightly softer side. For infants, use the firm side. Once the baby is approximately one year old, turn the mattress over for a more comfortable sleep surface. Both sides are firm enough to be safe for an infant.
How do I care for the mattress?
Since we wanted to make the mattress completely plastic-free, it is not waterproof on its own. Hence we strongly recommend pairing it with the KATU Organic Mattress Protector which fits our mattress perfectly, we offer this at a discounted rate when purchasing a mattress for your ease of use
Is the mattress safe for sensitive babies?
Absolutely! In fact, more sensitive babies will benefit the most from our mattress's 100% organic, VOC-free construction and are most at risk from mainstream mattresses
Will this mattress fit my crib?
Our mattress is built specifically to fit snugly within standard US cribs, it measures 52" x 28" x 4" and weighs approximately 15lbs

KATU Organic Crib Mattresses come with a lifetime guarantee. If you ever have a product issue, please contact us immediately and we will gladly help resolve the issue. As a US-based organic brand, we prioritize solving problems quickly and keeping our customers pleased.
Please leave all labels in place, unaltered. Mishandling and neglect will void the guarantee, including stains and unsanitary conditions. The guarantee does not cover mold, odors, and/or discoloration.

This toddler sized mattress seems to be really well made and I love that it is made with natural materials. It is double-sided, so it can be used for both infants or toddlers. After a lot of research, we decided to go with this crib mattress, and overall, it's been a great choice. The firmness is just right for safe sleep, and I appreciate that it's made with organic materials. There was no strong odor when we first opened it, which was reassuring.The fit in our crib is snug, and it feels well-made. I also like that it's dual-sided, so we can continue using it as our baby grows. That being said, it is a little firmer than I expected, some parents might prefer something slightly softer for a toddler.Price-wise, it's not the cheapest option out there, but I think the quality justifies the cost. This is a step up from my first eco latex crib mattress. First and most importantly, it's GOLS certified. That means it was grown without pesticides, harvested and processed in a neutral/sustainable way and is the lowest likely to off gas anything at all. The mattress is mostly a coconut coir pad (75%), with natural rubber latex (at 25%). There is still a high amount of structure on both sides, exactly as a crib should have. It's comfortable.The mattress is also wrapped on the interior with 100% organic wool (for natural fire protection), then covered with a 100% organic cotton cover all around. This is a ton nicer than my previous one. My older, similarly priced one was covered in a much lesser quality cotton, no wool, no certification, no coconut (springs instead). The bed I sleep in (also latex) has this same organic material for the cover. The manufacturer took great care in using quality materials.I haven't had any complaints whatsoever with this. I'm tickled by the quality of this mattress. It does sound like if there's any problem at all, that the manufacturer stands behind their product and welcomes all inquires for help.
